My butt is normally filled but it is not high, always a downer, I wear "Slim and Lift", if I would go for a surgery; should it be lifting or filling? Is there a difference? I don’t need to fill it, just a left up. Any idea if there’s a suitable procedure?

YOU CAN IMPROVE YOUR BUTTS AT HOME IT SELF.

LAY DOWN ON YOUR BACK.
LIFT YOUR BOTH LEGS..DONT FOLD YOUR KNEES.

TRY TO BRING BOTH LEGS AS TOUCHING YOUR FACE.

AT INITIAL STAGE IT MAY LOOK HARD.

SEEK SOMEONE'S HELP LIKE YOUR BUDDY OR BF.

THE HELPER MAY BE POSITIONED NEAR YOUR HEAD SIDE AND HOLD YOUR BOTH LEGS.

TRY TO TOUCH THE GROUND BY YOUR TOES.

IT WILL WORK AND SOON YOUR BUTTS ARE VISIBLY ELEVATED.

Try doing exercises that target the butt area first, and if that doesn't work for you then talk to a plastic surgeon about your options.

A great exercise, like some of the other people on here said is the stairmaster or stair-stepper. You don't even need to go to the gym to do it. Just get a regular chair and step up and down on it, alternating sides. Start stepping up with your left foot and then down with the left foot, and then do it with the right foot. Do two sets of 20. Another good exercise for the butt is the lunge.

Yes, they are totally different procedures. Howver, I would be weary of butt lifts, they don't always give the expected outcome and can actually end up making the butt look flatter and leave terrible scarring. I would just try to work your glutes as much as possible, by doing plenty of squats and lunges. Take care : )

Stairmaster, go to a gym, your booty will be lookin gooood!!!!
and, when you do the Stairmaster, make sure it has alot of "resistence"
cause THAT is how to shape and lift up the buttocks. A gym has all kids of
machines to help with your strengthening, etc. It seriously worked off my
tummy, and I was strong, after going about 4 months, but I went almost
every day. That's what I recommend.......

Just do squats in the gym. It works wonders.
