i find todays men less romantic now than ever before. it seems men dont care to give any effort much and any romantic ideas he forms turn out copied from another. does anyone here agree todays society has lost its originality and romace?

i also believe that women these days do give out more for men. younger and younger women give up their virginity, they show much more skin than ever, and are much more open to talk about sex. women have morphed into what men want or believe they want. i dont know. i feel like women do give out maybe not a lot but more than men. i just feel men arent anymore much. but this is my opinion what do you think?

Definitely, but not only romance, but also decency, morality, empathy, respect for others... it is something I have lived long enough to see happening. I believe it is a general trend toward what I can only describe as "selfishness". Sad....

Romance is alive and well, today's era has by far the most exciting options for a romantic life. We live in a time of limitless romance were men and women will do anything to attract the attention of their desired partners. Every day i leave my house and see people experiencing the bliss of their lives with a partner they would die for. Please don't give up yet, You only have this one shot..

Romance is relative. It's to each his own. It doesn't follow a common standard. It varies in intensity among people. So if you find men nowadays less romantic, it is solely your own yardstick that you are using, which is totally different from those of others. I say, the key to romance is LOVE.

Originality, maybe, but only because everything's already been tried before. But romance? If you're not seeing it, you're just not looking in any of the right places!

Besides, why is it always up to the guy to put in all the effort? :-/

I don't think so . It was there, it is there, it will be there. It only depends on whom you meet.Younger generation with less knowledge on truth are more prone to be romantic. Once they realise the facts of life they take a pause and ponder over other things not realised.

psh. byron was a romnatic with a capital r, and girls gave it ALL to 'im (and he was deformed, to boot! no pun intended...), at a time when the burkha (no insult to islam, er, peace be upon it?) was worn HERE, in essence... the man was at the heart of the romantic movement, and he treated women like, erm... to not break the community guidelines, i'm going to go with, "toilets"... perhaps, "disposable tissues". THERE'S your romance, ladies (the only people i'd call ladies, randomly). there, and in crap bodice ripper (is that redundant) novels, at ten to the penny. hah!

You are wrong. Men care too much about too many things. Therefore everything find less share for herself.
