When i try to play them via PC Suite, a message comes up saying "FILE FORMAT NOT SUPPORTED" Yet they are supposed to be able to be viewed on the PC also. PLEASE HELP!!!

make sure you have Nokia Multimedia Player installed very well. go to http://europe.nokia.com/A4144903 to download the lastest version

You need to convert them to 3GP. You should be able to convert using the Nokia PC suite !

They are not usually in mp4 format they are usually in 3gp format, all you gotta do is use some sort of video converter to convert it into a more popular format.

it's very simple just download codec packs from net well i will suggest u to download k lite codec pack coz with this u can able to play all the format in ur pc.. peace

You can download an MP4 player from the net

I think I use DIVX for these, but it's been a while since I last used it..
