Yea. We can rebuild. First the US have to leave the country and give bak powers from whom they have taken.Repay all the losses with interest to that country.

Give monetary compensation for the lives of each Iraqi who has died in the wartime in direct ordirect effects of war. The amount given bak per Iraqi died should be according to the average Insurance cover for an american's life.

After doing all these US should keep off from Iraq.
