I heard it in a bowling alley, so I couldn't really understand the lyrics, but it had a dance beat to it, and the lyrics I caught were like "you, turn, me, on". Like there were pauses between each word. And the singer was a female. Hopefully that helps, and thanks to all those who help me out here.

Sorry, I do not know the answer to this one. I would say Google works wonders, but when trying to find the lyrics to a song with possible lyrics like, "You (pause) turn (pause) me (pause) on (pause)" google tends to send back numerous artists that are not really in the so called "dance beat music industry". Sorry for this inconvenience I have caused you. I will try and do better next time. Wait, I mean, I will see if google can do better next time around. Oh well, I am sure someone out there in the internet space time travel will hand over the details shortly.
