alaska tourism tax?

a new tax was just made in alaska to charge $50 per person to tourists on cruise ships, do you think that that would be enough to keep you from cruising.

It wouldn't keep me from cruising, not compared to the $2000+ price tag. Some of it goes for an interpretative ranger to be on board.

I'd decide if I wanted warm sunny weather (Mexico or Caribbean) or if I wanted glaciers, mountains and critters (Alaska). $50 wouldn't factor in.
