Is it normal for a person to have two birth certificates that only look different?

They have the exact same information, but they look completely different from each other.

I'm not sure quite what you mean, but I have an ammended birth certificate, due to me changing my name at age 14.

The first is probably an original and the other is a duplicate, the kind they send you when you request a copy.
