Perhaps they're on here for more personal and serious reasons, or you have an insulting way of asking. Stop pointing the finger and look at what you're doing first before you roll everyone up into one assumption.

The written word is POWERFUL. And often misunderstood. There is no facial expression, tone of voice, or body language to it, so it's easy to misinterpret. People obviously get pretty worked up when you touch a strong emotion they have and it's worse if they don't understand you well.

Because they want to hear what they want. I had a recent answer of mine deleted recently because they felt "insulted" by my answer.... If people don't want to hear the truth or other's point of view then why ask??
