you need to figure out what it is that is effecting your plants whether it is a fungus or a disease .... if it is a fungus minimilize watering and increase sun light to dry excess moisture if it is disease it will need to be treated by a chemical application consult home and garden center or research local university agricultural extention .

usually fungal infections are caused by not enough sun and too much moisture with out seeing the infection its hard try to give the plant more sun and only water when needed. Chemical means a sulphur spray but not on vegis etc, if its herbs try again with new seasons herbs, same with annuals

You can use neem oil for the plants. Apply them on the leaves (very little) Also powdered neem leaves can be used.
