Be careful! I have a California Professional Clear Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential and I moved to another state (not Kentucky) with a reciprocal agreement. I still had to pass three state tests to get a one year license to teach which requires monitoring by a University Education Department to be extended. And I can only be monitored if I am employed by a public school (which has not happened yet).

Call the Kentucky State Education Department for full details (assuming you get someone who understands your situation). They are two hours ahead of you, so call early. Check out their website.

Yes. Most states have reciprocal agreements to that effect.
