I usually feel better after a good night of sleep. Prayer and talking to friends helps me as well.

I pray every day, whether stressed or not, and remind myself that I'll live through whatever stressful situation I'm facing. I've found it's all about my mentality in facing the situation. The mind is an amazing thing. I'll keep telling myself to "under-react" to whatever is stressing me, and that helps a great deal, because it enables me to control my stress level. I also try to keep myself busy, because I've found the more I keep my mind occupied, the calmer I feel.

I pray my rosary, which is a form of meditative prayer.

I get a good night's sleep.

I wake up and eat a good breakfast, play with my cat and that's all it takes.

Prayer. Sleep. Food. Cat.

Take a deep breath and meditate. This is also good before praying.

i take nice hot (long) shower ! and than i feel better !
