There is an earlier question asked about this topic, here is the link. If you play fifa on PC please go to soccergaming.tv and get information about editing the content in your game... I think you will find there are ways to modify just about everything you would typically use a cheatcode for.

As for the money cheat. Download "Tournament master 06" from the soccergaming.com downloads center. load your fifa database, click gui, then edit.
This will bring up a page that will allow you to change many aspects of leagues including the sponsors, their prestige and the amount of money they give you for each achievement and per game. You can easily edit it to grant you a million bucks per game. I havent tried this cause i don't really use manager mode very often but I love the tournament master and it works very well in most cases, but you should definately back up your fifa data files before editing any aspect of it, incase something goes wrong.

I was looking for them a while ago and never found them :(, but its just better to play the game a few times with real crappy teams that way when you play a season you can whoop them with a really good team, or just play on the easiest difficulty :)
but it would be nice to have a money cheat, since ea's designer team made it around money and not the game :(, damn americans and not knowing how to make a good soccer game :(

Buy yourself an action replay, they are a cheaters heven, they dont rely on wether a programmer put cheats into the game, they modify the game to have em.
