a alpha(not alfa) particle is a He atom.they have+1 charge. they are heavier than beta and gamma. they dnt hve higher penetrating power and cn b stopped easily.
on the other hand beta( not bata) is an electron.they have-1 charge. ,very light .. there penetrating power is almost same as alpha particles but as they r light they travel faster. they can be stopped by a thin sheet of plastic.
gamma particles have the highest penetrating power.hve no charge. they can only be stopped by (i guess dnt remebr d exact value) 20cm thick lead.
if u meant dese alpha, beta , gamma..den i guess dis much info is ok.. otherwise they r the first 3 letters of greek.

if u mean alpha, beta and gamma rays :they are rays fom some of radioactive elements like uranium
Alpha particles are a highly ionizing form of particle radiation which have low penetration. They consist of two protons and two neutrons bound together into a particle identical to a helium nucleus; hence, it can be written as He2+.
Beta particles are high-energy electrons or positrons emitted by certain types of radioactive nuclei such as potassium-40. The beta particles emitted are a form of ionizing radiation also known as beta rays. The production of beta particles is termed beta decay.
Gamma rays (often denoted by the Greek letter gamma, γ) are an energetic form of electromagnetic radiation produced by radioactive decay or other nuclear or subatomic processes such as electron-positron annihilation.

alpha particle is an emmited proton and neutron nuclei from the nuclei of an radioactive substance with mass no.2 and atomic no.4.it can penetrate only 0.2cm aluminium sheet
beta particle are emmited particle with mass no.0 and atomic no.-2.they can penetrate 10cm aluminium sheet
gamma particle are emmited particle with mass no.0 and atomic no.0but with a very high penetration power.
