I'm a little confused about your question, so I'm going to give you two different ideas! The first one is, If it is a knot in your hair that is on top of your head, you should be using conditioner. That will help loosen the knot and get it out. But if it is a poo knot that is stuck in your ***, then you should buy some laxatives!!!!!

Depends who is on the lease. If you are the one on the lease, you must have him evicted. If he is on the lease, then he must evict you. If you both are on the lease, you need to go to court to have a judge help you out with it.
