well, she can wear low cut tops....its not harassing, its tempting, which is worse. She can wear spiked heels......cause guys call them f*ck me pumps....or adjust her stockings near him.....bend straight over in front of him when she drops something on the floor.....see, none of this is physical or verbal...........but its very harassing in the worst way........
