Take him the the doctor to see if there is anything physically wrong with him. He may have an infection, or a problem with his bladder. It is very unusual for a 14 year old to wet the bed without reason.

Sounds like there may be an emotional problem going on. If not that, then a medical one. Which ever you need to first have a serious talk with him and find out if it is emotional and that means possible sexual abuse. Maybe stress with school starting and maybe there is some bully after him.
If medical maybe something is interfering with his bladder and kidney. It happens ya know. That' more than likely the problem. I would insist on tests no matter what. Or maybe he is just sleeping so soundly that he doesn't know he is wetting the bed. And now that I'm thinking are you sure that's what it is...boys that age do have dreams that are sexual in nature and uncontrollable.

At the age of 14, something caused this to start. While worrying about preventing ruining bedding and clothes is valid, determining the root cause of this behavior is paramount. You need to get your son to a doctor and encourage your son to be forthright with the doctor about every aspect of his life. Some abused (mental, physical, sexual) children display signs like bedwetting as a method to alert someone that something is wrong.
I took a moment to read your previous posts and have to wonder about the inconsistencies I found. In one post, you claim one child aged 11. A week later your son’s age changed to 12. Then five days ago, he turned 14. In another, your wife left you. In another, you have foster children. What foster agency places children with a single person whose wife left him three weeks ago?
Either you enjoy seeking attention on this forum or you have the most problematic and chaotic life of anyone I have seen on here to this point. Also, for a child’s age to change from 11 to 14 in less than 3-weeks has me wondering if you live on a planet that orbits the sun faster than Earth.
Good luck!

Whoa! he wet the bed!!! At this age?!?? Well, tell you what you should do. Make him take care of his buisness before bed every night and no more horror movies. Did anything traumatizing happen? that might be the cause. What ever it is, figure it out quick cause his peers r going to jump on him for this!!

Your son may be experiencing increased stress, or may be something as serious as the onset of junior diabetes. This is nothing to treat yourself, and could be a medical emergency. Please see your physician ASAP, LIKE TOMORROW.
