New hero in the DotA latest version. Sourge team(undead). Version 6.35 and 6.35b.

I think you mean the new versions 6.36 and 6.36b.

The hero name is: "Demnok Lannik - The Warlock".

He is an intelligence-based hero whose main job is pushing the enemy's base. All the information you want is here:

He's a pretty good hero, he's quite fast (395 ms with boots of travel), skadi is good for him, then radiance, etc etc.
