sometimes it's okay to keep things to yourself... like if you only have a bar of chocolate, and you don't want to give your friends a piece, but not sharing enough gives people the idea that you are stingy and selfish, which repels friends.
It's not Really "giving" if you are doing it in anger, because then your are still holding on to that possession emotionally.

Sometimes it is okay not 2 share( e.g.I am never going 2 share my cellphone with my friends)but things like foods can b shared if u feel like doing it.U wont make good friends unless u learn 2 share for they also would not help u by sharing their things with u .But at the same time u shud also b able2 say no becoz some may exploit this opportunity.

If you are truly 22 then you would know why it is important to share things with others. Not only friends and family but learn to give to charities etc...!

you don't have to especially if you bought it. But it is a good trait to learn, even if you do it now you won't always have to. But if it causes anger then you probably should not be forced to share, but then again what are friends for you share emotions, intellect, and why not physical things.

It's good to share, but there are some things that you shouldn't have to share. Everybody has their own private property and things that they don't like to share.

no. it's not ok. i'm amazed at all the answers that say it is. i hate sharing my clothes, too, but i'll do it, if it's necessary. i hate sharing my food, but my girlfriend always wants some of it, and i always want some of hers. we share. it doesn't hurt that bad, it shows that we love one another, and i get to eat some of her food. grow up.

you should share but you should not have to share everything and anything. I do not believe someone should have to share everything they get. Sometimes it is nice to be a little selfish and take it all for yourself. People should not expect that you automatically have to share everthing you get or else they are selfish in expecting it also.

then don't, I hate sharing anything, I think it is fine not to share...you'll get used to it, however if you choose to do this then don't expect someone to share with you, you never know when a situation like that will come up...but yeah I hate sharing...except advice...lol

Forced giving looses it's own gift. Ask your family to let you try deciding when to give on your own, and you will see that it can actually be quite rewarding.
