he Road Warriors are, arguably, the greatest tag-team of all time, having held every major tag team championship title in wrestling during their fifteen-year career.
Launching their careers on the West Coast, they eventually relocated to Georgia where they joined with Paul Ellering, the Spoiler, Jake "the Snake" Roberts, King Kong Bundy and Buzz Sawyer to form the Legion of Doom in 1983. This combination proved invincible until fame and fortune drew the group apart to seek individual glory. The Road Warriors kept the nickname, eventually adopting it as their team handle after an apparent copyright conflict with the WWF years later

The Legion of Doom - The Road Warriors - LOD
No matter what they called themselves they were dominate in during their career.
Out of any active tag teams I would heave to say the PITBULLS from Smackdown.

The Road Warriors.
I say this, because when I look at old AWA footage, first off, they were easily the biggest, most muscular guys in the Industry.
Two---They veered away from arm twisting and wristlocks matches (Although done correctly, technical wrestling is cool, but only when done right, and not when very match on the card is technical.)
It seemed that the Road Warriors were the first legitimate "action" type wrestlers, as in, brawling and clotheslining and bodyslamming, which was pretty big moves in those days.

hmmmm tough one!! there have been good teams mentioned so far. but as far as im concerned THE BROTHERS OF DESTRUCTION. still to this day i dont think anyone would wanna mess around with these two guys. regardless of whos won more championships or whos revolutionized the sport, the BOD were an awesome force to deal with.
