stay away in most cases they are worth fifty cents on the dollar. a good sales person can make a green fly look like a beautiful work of art, when the ether wears off it's a green fly. Not all are bad.

No. A time share is a terrible investment. Just look in on line ads. There are so many for resale (remember they are only selling time (x week)) at prices 50+% BELOW their original sale price.
