War should always be a last action resort, going in with the utmost reluctance after all other methods for resolution has been attempted. But the word war and bombing them, taking other people's live like those "Muslims" did to us on 9/11 seems so much more common, said without the horrors of the past. Are American's more warlike, are we more willing to destroy another's culture, people and civilization? Is this what America will be known for at the start of the new Millinium? And what caused America to change so much?

yep! seeing from an international perspective, many people think that we like war better than money... there are many reasons why the U.S had changed so much. one of them will be 9/11 but you have of course civil war, Vietnam war and the continuous fight against Al Quaeda.

There were many acts of terrorism before 9-11 by muslims.
On 9-11 they got the twin towers but don't forget the Pentegon and White House.
It is a war and in all wars innocents die.
In Iraq now, suicide bombers are killing their own people, civilians.
Don't lay it all on America.
These maniacs don't stop.
Now we spend billions more protecting ourselves.

What change are you talking about...haven't you ever heard of George Carlin's theory on America and war...we average a major war every ten years since the inception of this country, its what we know, its what we are good at...and people do what they are good at.

Generalising Americans as a whole and similarly all muslims will not help in any way. You have rightly categorised as "those" muslims.

I think sometimes war is necessary. ANd when it comes to fanatics who think their way is the only way and who don't fear death, for they believe that dying for their evil god will send them to heaven, I think it makes little sense NOT to war with these folks, and win.
