Depends on the meaning of the name. If they have some meaning then it would but not to a large extent. For example, Rose. It doesn't actually talk abt the personality but creates a gud impression. Some names don't have any meanings, so no effect.

I don't believe a name has that much effect on ones personality. However, if a person had a really odd name or a name that could be made fun of it could cause ones self esteem to drop. With lack of self esteem then a person withdraws and personality is extremely effected. One can become bitter, angry, even violent due to the fact that they have been made fun of and bullied by others (especially by the peers) due to their name. Others may turn to drugs or sex because they don't respect themselves due to the bullying that faced.

Name can have little effect on one's personality because star signs are also attach with your name. Many people donot know their exact date of birth, they try to know their future with their first alphabet of their name. Tha is why name has its importance.
Definitely it effects or affects someone personality. Every name must be some meaning.

I think so. If someone's name is Preston or Brooks or Maddox or something like that, they're likely to be douche bags.
