In the most romantic way that'll appeal to your girlfriend. If she loves poetry, write her a poem. If she love music, write her a sonnet (poetry with song). If not, then, find what she likes and Do It Big (dramatically). Women really love that and don't stop at that. Bring her flowers, candy, and compliments regularly, but not to make up for your transgressions (don't look like a *****--women like strong and confident men).
