The left turn signal works. I have already put new bulbs on the right side. Could the flasher be bad? I can hear the the right turn signal clicking faster than the left turn signal.

there is a fuse, flasher, bulbs, wiring, sockets, and switch. all those put to gether is less than the ticket if it leads to trouble. firsr check the fuse. the flasher clicks twice as fast when one bulb is out so change that. but if that doesnt fix it get the switch for the column. if not that then maybe a problem with the wiring or the sockets the bulbs are in

If you can hear it clicking faster, then it is definitely the flasher. I worked in the Auto Parts business for 11 years. Its the flasher.

Bad ground or bad wire. The right one is not carrying the full circuit. If the flasher was bad, your dash blinkers would both click really fast. Check your ground/wiring to the right one. Hope this helps.
