My brother, and i traveled across the us in a old ford truck,we worked carnivals in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado,Idaho, back to Kaunas, ill,Missouri, Tenn, back to north Carolina,the reason we done this, was because i had a massive heart attack.and went into cardiac arr rest, and congestive heart failure.my doc told me i was living on borrowed time. i didn't have the money to pay my way out west,, so there is where the carnivals let me have a way to eat and buy gas.and i got to see the country at the same time, thank you little brother for going with me and driving me most of the time. and god bless the good people we met, and our beautiful country,

Which country? I'll bet a million dollars you are American!! No other citizen of any other country would be so arrogant as to assume that everyone else on the net is also American. Hahaha. I travelled overland from Delhi, India to London, England. I also spent a couple of years walking all the way around India, twice, mostly by beach, and across the Himalayas, both were arduous yet fascinating jouneys.

I have. I went via train from Boston to Los Angeles about 2 years ago. It was one of the most fantastic voyages I've ever had. The people I met there and the conversations were just awesome.

Driven across and zig zagged both Canada and the US of A many times, great memories were made that way, and the learning experiences were amazing!

i traveled all the way across the u.s. by greyhound bus. i wouldn't recommend greyhound, but it was one of the greatest experiences of my life!
