If your husband is abusive, I had a friend who went through this, and you can get out too.
Do the following when your husband is not there:
Pack a bag with essentials and hide it somewhere safe.
(If you have kids, pack for them also)
Look in the phone book for battered women's shelters and contact one.
Leave when he is NOT there and don't ever look back.
Do not leave any records of where you are going.
There are programs to help you get job training, relocate, etc.. they vary from place to place but the shelter will give you the details.
Good luck.

was he serious? If so then this is something where you should take precaution. This may be flattering to some, but should not be. A marriage should be secure to begin with. Maybe you have changed your behavior and he feels like you are backing up from him, maybe he feels threatened that you'll leave so he has to threaten you. In any case you should talk to him about it in a non-serious way because if he was serious then that won't do anything but make him angry. I think you should assure him that you are not going anywhere and that you married him for a reason also let him know that you felt threatened by the comment he made. Be safe and alert. Good Luck

Start packing your stuff only taking what you really need, Clothes, pictures. If you have kids then get any memories of them etc. take things out with out him noticing a big change and moved it out when he is not home. Then one day when he leaves to work. GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE and get a restraining order. Get a lawyer. DO NOT EVER GO BACK. try to move away where he would never expect.

Doesn't that tell you he is possessive and is not mentally stable. These are the kinds of guys you hear about on the news after it is too late. Get out of your relationship, run to someone and get help. That is a threat he just made to you.

Then make sure that where ever you go he can't find you!!!!
There are organizations out there meant for women who need to get away from dangerous, abusive relationships, just contact one of them and you are out of there in 1 hour if you wish!!!
And if what you say is true, honey you best run and run far!!!!!!

Hey Buckwheat, guess what, he's probably not kidding. He sounds like the jealous type and stupid. Most threats talked that way are normally carried out that way. I don't know the status of your marriage, but it sounds like someone needs counseling. Question ? What would you do if he left you?

I'm not sure what your question is; but your husband sounds like an insecure man that hopes to control you with fear.
(You must have the bomb coochie).

I would take that as a pretty good indication that he's insane and you need to leave.

Then don't ever leave him, if you hate him, just pretend to love him, at your heart you hate him. He will not leave you! OR you can tell the cops.âº
