The Jaguars are the best fit market wise, with highly touted young athletes like Byron Leftwich, Matt Jones and a dominant defense, with the Chargers and the Raiders being the most realistic. Most likely we'll eventually see the Raiders in Los Angeles with the Chargers eventually moving to Anaheim and being able to keep a portion of their current fan base in San Diego. Anaheim will need it considering they're one of the main reasons the L.A. area doesn't have a football team anymore. The Rams could never get fans to go to games in Anaheim but didn't seem to have much problem having sell out crowds at the Coliseum. Nobody trusted Al Davis or the Raiders, they still don't, but hopefully his kids won't be as stupid when they take over the franchise. It would definitely be nice to see the L.A. area start new without the damaged relationship they have with the Raiders.

You already have two pro teams. The Trojans and the Bruins. Los Angeles coulnd't support the Rams or the Raiders, what makes you think that another team would survive there? It's just not a football town!

And what in the WORLD makes you think the Jaguars, Raiders, Chargers, Bills, Vikings or Chiefs are "available" for a move to Los Angeles?!?!?

This may be a "smug response" but get real!!!

What about the Saints? The move back to New Orleans will be a great temporary morale boost for the region, but even before Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans has never been the best football city in the world. They hosted a fantastic Super Bowl a few years back but the team hasn't been competitive in a long time, and now that they have a premier player in Reggie Bush (who loves the LA area), maybe a move to a major market would be good for everyone.

The San Diego Chargers can opt out of their lease in two or so years thanks to bumbling San Diego politicians. Oakland's lease with the Raiders ends after the 2010 season, and they have been disappointed with their crowds since they returned in 1995. They seem to be the logical choices. And do not forget about the San Francisco 49ers. Like those two other California based teams, they are playing in an older stadium, and besides they are run by imcompetent ownership. I would rather see an expansion team myself.

Raiders would make sense.
Bills?

You know who I would pick, I would pick the Falcons. They are mediocre fans in a larger medium size market. They would be better in LA. Maybe. LA didn't support their teams last go round, but I think they may have learned their lessons.

I would hate to see the Chiefs, Vikes and Chargers move. Jags, who cares!

I hate to predict this because I love New Orleans but now that they have Bush, the saints could wind up in the City of Angels. If it could happen to Cleveland way back when, it can happen to anyone. I would go so far as to say that Katrina and national sympathy for the victims, might be the only thing that could keep the Saints out of California. This is not a commentary on the Fans of New Orleans, it is that track record of the League.

Bills, besides their owner acts like he can't support the team in that market. Beyond that I say San Diego just because hey why move another team to Cali. As to Oakland, LA could have kept the Raiders if they would have paid to give them a stadium.

they already tried that out and it didn't work out Jaguar's maybe Raiders no they already tried that, Chargers would be the best bet, the last three teams would never move because to much tradition in those cities TG SPECIAL You say the Falcons have a so-so fan base you must have never been to the Dome to watch a game or watch a game with some Falcons diehards

Any of them. Whoever moves to L.A. will be looking for a better deal than where they are coming from. If they're smart, they'll allow local fans to choose a new name for the team, new colors, etc.

As a Raider fan, I can't even believe Al Davis is contemplating moving back to L.A. The city of Oakland must be reaching for the K.Y. jelly right now....

Jaguars. the current players are already used to playing in a hot environment and, you may be able to put them off for awhile on the new stadium issue which, if you recall, is why the raiders and, rams left.
