Well, I am not anorexic, but I don't find it hard to diet.... Drink lots of water, it helps. Take cold showers everyday, helps you lose weight. Watch your calorie intake, don't eat anythin 3 hours before you sleep and excerise before you eat anything. and eat healthy snacks like carrots. also, apples are very good becasue they take more energy to digest them than the energy they have. Eating healthy is more important than how much you eat. Also, you shouldn't starve yourself because doing so will only make your body store any energy you get from food when you do eat into fat, making you gain even more weight. Like previous answer, focus on Cardio. if you do aerobics, i think even 30 mins/day is sufficient, but you have to really try hard and pant/sweat/get tired. Also, you have to balance time and intensity. like 20 mins of jogging=1hour of walking, so if you do a less intense excercize, make sure you do it for longer. its not healthy to lose more than 1 kilo/week, so i guess you are on the dot. If you are disciplined and commited, im sure you can pull it off.

I'm not too familiar with my conversions, but I think that's possible. And you don't have to diet hard, just avoid fast food and things with transfat. Oh, and focus more on cardio than weights. You don't lose fat by just lifting weights.
