Check out the post office website to see if there are job listings there. The site listed is for USPS since every country has their own site. Most of them probably have a jobs link anyway.

Get an application form at the personell office of your local PO. when you fill it out and submit it you will be scheduled for the next test. Your score on the test determines your placement on the register to be hired. Military service adds points to your score

All of what they said, and a little more.. it's not an easy test.. you have to remember addresses, and put them in order, and names etc, have to be perfect.. make sure you are well-rested and ready on the day of the test. have to have a car, less than five years old, too..
