If you want to know who the tower belongs too, the city or county should be able to tell you. Most cell sites have a sign stating whose property you're standing on. However, living too close to a tower will not provide better service...the signal may move over your head. Singular has many agreements with other companies that permit them to route traffic through rural areas. (Mostly like they do not map their towers for this reason.) Even if the tower belongs to someone else, it may be used by Singular. If you are concerned about your signal strength, ask your sales rep about Singulars "footprint" in your area. It may be you are in a low area or your signal is obstructed by hills, trees or buildings; in which case a roof-mounted Yogi antenna might solve your problem.
Great site, THE LONER. The towers on that site appear to be over a set height (those that require a strobe) so all towers are not listed. And, some companies, like T-Mobile, lease space on existing towers, which means the tower can be owned by one company and the equipment mounted to it owned by another.

should be fairly easy,,,,, to find out who has towers in your area,,,,,just ask one of the local companys.... they will know.
because of the regulation that only allows 2 towers in a fairly large area radius...... most cell companys have to "route" thru these towers, that are owned by other companys...... it was a first come first serve basis with these towers,,,,and when the 2 tower limit is full,,,,, not much else they can do.
