First of all, let me congratulate you on being in recovery. That's a big deal, in my book.
I know from talking to other people in similar situations that overnighters are a big deal, but it seems like you need to look at the bigger picture here. If he sticks with it, and is able to stay clean, you two will have, in the future, unlimited nights together, and you will be clean to enjoy them. Chalk this one up to an unpleasant learning experience. Hang out together as much as you can before curfew, and then remind him next week when request time rolls around so he gets his request in early. Sometimes sobriety has to be the main thing, so sometimes, and especially in situations like this, it trumps nookie.

One of my best friends just got kicked out of the 1/2 way house he's living in, so he got his overnighter for sure...all of them that he wants. Unfortunately, it was part of his probation agreement. Just think, it could be worse :)

The question is what should HE do? As for yourself, your should try to get your self into a drug treatment program and find yourself some new friends before you wind up in the slammer yourself, or worse yet, in the morgue.
