You and your husband may want to have fertility testing. If your husband has a low sperm count (which can be caused by drugs, use of hot baths/hot tubs, and many other things), a test could help you find out and start making changes to promote sperm production.
A woman has a small window in which she may become pregnant. If you research "natural family planning" you can learn more about this and try to procreate on these days.
If you cannot conceive on your own you may look into invitro fertilization ("test tube baby"), but this is very expensive.
I saw from your other questions that you're still trying to learn English. What is your native language? Also, did you use birth control before? IUDs (inter-uterine device) can in some cases impair long-term fertility. I hope that helps!

well if you are seriously planning for a baby for the last 2 years and not able to conceive then it is quite possible that either you or your hubby has some problem, either your periods not regularly or there is some weakness in your hubby, he should get his sperm count checked. ANd regarding your gynae part. Take Ashoka risht, drink at least 4 bottles and take Female support capsiules for 3 months. then see if it helps. It tones up the uterus and helps in conception. chek www.planetayurveda.com or write for free ayurvedic consultation to drvikramchauhan@yahoo.com

do you mean how do you conceive? well..there are "ovulation detection devices that you can get at like maybe wal mart? it will tell you when you are ovulating (releasing an egg from the ovaries) which is when you are most likely to get pregnant...but i think that maybe you should see a ob/gyn ( woman's health doctor) to just see if maybe your diet needs more iron or calcium -and that's to ensure that you and the baby stay healthy...also, have you thought of cord blood banking? go to viacord.com and please let them know that mother circle parent # 703 referred you. i hope that helps..

Make sure you are having relations at the right time. If her period is typically 28 days then she probably ovulates at around 14 days. You count day one as the day that she gets her period. From there have sex every other day at least from day 12 to day 16. Good luck.

Women's don't get pregnent. A woman can get pregnant, however. It sounds like what is missing is a man. Try your friends.

Failure to get concieved After regular intercorse and without use of ANY kind of contraception for "2 years" is STANDARD defination of PRIMARY INFERTILITY.
You must seek a Gynaec reference for evaluation. Treatment may be very simple..to acquire proper teckniques of intercorse and it's timing...or it may be coplex costly matter with so many investigations and treatment accordingly.
In general primary infertility has grossly " two " causes-
1)..Male factors-50%... evaluation is very easy...by making simple test ...."SEMEN analysis"
2)..Female Factors-50%...So many complex tests to "detect ovulation"(D&C, Serial UltraSonoGraphy, HCG titre estimation, Analysis of FSH-LH levels etc), "Diagnostic Laproscopy"...(to detect Fallopian tube pathology, Patency of Tubes, Adhesions)
"Hysteroscopy" (examination of uterine cavity with scope) "Immunological tests" (sperm antibodies)
Stepwise...Go to Gynaecologist...you are a case of primary infertility....understand What is fertile period...n how to time the intercorse accordingly...understand correct method of intercorse(Deposition of semen near cervix).. and have your baseline investigation and husband's Semen analysis...if it is normal then go for Invasive test for Female!
please let us know the diagnosis
BEST LUCK
