Tim Tebow from Florida was one of the top high school quarterbacks and is now a rookie with Univ of Florida. He was home schooled but allowed to play football at his local high school. I don't know what the rules are, it probably varies in different areas, you have to check with your local schools.
I don't blame you home schooling though, the teacher unions are more important in power than teaching our kids, its a crime!

Many home schooled kids play for their public highschool team. Their parents still have access to extra cariculars becuase they pay taxes.
