unfortunately, i rent..i used to live in a real house..till it was demolished from damage from the 1989 loma prieta earthquake..but the upside is, i live across the beach..and have fabulous water views..at night, i can gaze at the bright lights of san francisco skyline..our apt has 500 units and four resident managers!
