I'm having a problem with my disk cleanup. It keeps giving me an error message.?

I keep getting an message from Microsoft that they have encountered a problem. How do I find out what the problem is and correct it?

That actually depends on what program is encounter a problem. If you constantly getting this kind of errors, maybe try anti-spyware scan. There are a couple of good and free ones like ad-aware or spybot.
