HTML code without the hassle of verbage to explain everything? Visit a site that you think looks good, right click on the body of the site and select View Source - bada-bing - HTML code! Actually, I have a feeling that you want something specific, I just can't discern what it is.

why what are you trying to do? you won't be able to find any html code websites with no training. they are all about HTML how to's. so whatever. you just going to have to deal with it.

Just use microsoft's Word .. betcha a nickle you own it.

Just make whatever you like and ... save as html
