i have a bad case of exturlal hemroids. some times they fall to the floor and i halft to stuff them back in side.but here's the problem some times when im stuffing them back in it starts to feal good and i end up masterbating with my hemroids they start to bleed and i halft to stop what kind of cream can i buy so that i dont halft to stop

First: External hemorrhoids don't fall to the floor.
Second: What you're describing is known as a prolapsed colon. Ain't happening.
Three: If enough of your colon prolapsed, you'd be masturbating with your intestines and the amount of feces that would come out with them would make that rather a smelly session. Stuffing them back in the wrong way would result in a strangulated intestine and sepsis.

The best cream to use would be a eucalyptus based one. It'll burn your "a r se" like there's no tomorrow and will knock some sense into as well!
