No one knows. Maybe never.
I believe Pluto is a planet just as Edgar Cayce said. How can anyone give a date when everything changes? The earth's pole shift??? Edgar Cayce predicted it and was the 1st to describe the concept of pole shift in the late 20's and early 30's. What if the planets grow bigger and/or the orbits of the planets expands around the sun? If you squeeze the planet with the land together, it fits like a puzzle.
