Simple insert your email id, and they will check if some body has blocked you.

There is no way as the person only appears Offline to you.
You can have someone else add the name to their list and see if the person is online when it show offline to you.
If it shows online to another person, then you are blocked!

No, i would not. in actuality, the only human beings I block are the spammer-bots and the VERY rude clientele. :) besides, Yahoo even says which you do no longer might desire to upload back, and that they say that individuals might upload you purely because of the fact they like your solutions and questions.... so.... that's not needed which you upload back. O.e
