No nothing is safe during pregnancy. (In my humble opinion) These anti allergy tablets tend to raise blood pressure and cause you problems. I would suggest doing everything you can to remove allergans from your enviroment. Things like air filters, extensive cleaning, laundering all blankets and even wearing a mask if needed. Well soon the allergens will decrease and it will be easier to sleep.
Best wishes.

Go to the doctor and ask specifically for the medications you want to use.
We use categories for each medicine which was determined by the FDA>
Category A == safe to use any time in pregnancy
while Category D == Absolutely don't use.

The best person to ask would be your doctor, and next possibly the pharmicist who can look this up on his computer. Don't hesitate, do it ASAP and do not take chances if you're not sure. Good luck and best wishes (have a healthy, happy baby!)

A doctor will tell you no, because it can cause birth defects. I wouldn't chance it.
