Well to tell you the truth it is a hard one. You see Dr. Doom should win since he's much better then Batman, but Batman is the good guy and he always win, where Dr. Doom is the villan and he always looses. Still he gave a hard time to the Fantastic Four, just like Magneto gave to the X-men so I am going to go with him.
