Last white starting running back in the NFL?
Well, Mike Alstott is labeled as a fullback, but he isn't really one because of how he plays the position (among other things, he doesn't block).
Hard to say. Probably John Riggins is the last caucasian running back who had any major effect on the game.
EDIT: Wait, I've got it. Justin Fargas of the Oakland Raiders.

Craig James was the last white player to rush for over 1,000 yards in a season.
One of the best white runners was Steve Young, but he played quarterback as you know.
