Sorry I don't think yo can find a room on a holiday night i DC for that low. I don't know of anyplace within 50 miles. Sorry.

Never hurts to check out the YMCA or YWCA. They often times will let out a room for the night. I don't know about DC, but maybe they can refer you to somewhere.
