Well, since you are 18,
Skype offers free calling to anywhere in the use. Skype.com.

You will need a headset for you computer, and you can pay for people to call you from a regular phone. It is free for another Skype user to call you.

Skype is amazing, we have replaced our long distance with it, although it didn't used to be free, and probobally won't be forever.

Skype is a very useful tool.. it is free pc to pc and will remain free until the end of the year for pc to phone. The rates at that time will be miniscule complared to other companies..Like 1-4 cents/minute. Need to check it out.. can call to Europe for a fraction of other services. Can call pc to pc anywhere. Also can conference as many as 9 people.

counting on your cellular telephone business company, o.k.? For the main area, there is not any long distance quotes to a cellular telephone. you will no longer pay extra for calling England than you will for calling down the line - that's although your day time minutes cost you, although your loose nights would desire to be, that is each and all the comparable in case you call around the corner or around the globe. Your chum's homestead telephone could have long distance quotes, cuz homestead telephone centers nevertheless cost out the butt for long distance. you need to probable continuously call your chum lower back in the experience that your chum calls you, with a view to shrink lower back on his/her long distance bill. As for the style distinction interior the txt, the style that your chum recived the txt from could be a close-by service that the txt message had to be despatched via. So, it went from you to a center guy (a tower someplace, no longer an unquestionably individual) and from that middle guy on your chum.

you can download NET2Phone.com and call any number anywhere. Local calls are about .02/min. You prepay for blocks of time.
It used to be free but now there is this small charge.

DialPac.com used to be free also but I'm not sure if it still is?
I don't use it anymore. Check it out.

My advice is to pay for your phone yourself (if you are not already) and if you are, stand up to your parents and let them know you are an adult and you can pay the bill. Or move out and be an adult and then you won't have any rules or curfews.
