There is an artist named Tracy Lords that is good and anything that you here on your local hit music station always works as long as it's not too played out. I always suggest adding a little reggaeton. Just find some that has a lot of English in it or people look at you like you're strange. It's got a great dance beat. Shakira's Hips don't lie is an example but it has been played out lately.

i dont know if this would be appreciated in a teenage party. try some hed kandi songs (songs from kaskade, armand van helden, etc..). those are house music.
i dont know any popular songs that can be good for teenage parties. yeah go with the 80's!
