Libra has the scales, but I'm looking for a god or goddess, any mythos would do. Thank you.

Actually, I'm looking more for balance as in physical balance than justice. I have a balance disorder, and would like to make a shrine. Nothing else has worked, so why not?

Traditionally Themis (Greek) is depicted in law and judical monuments blindfolded with a scale, but you might want to consider Trivia (Roman) [not congruent with the Greek analogue Hecate in this capacity],

The fenghuang has very positive connotations. It is a symbol of high virtue and grace. The fenghuang also symbolizes the union of yin and yang. It appears in peaceful and prosperous times but hides when trouble is near.

A common depiction was of it attacking snakes with its talons and its wings spread. The fenghuang is said to be made up of the beak of a rooster, the face of a swallow, the forehead of a fowl, the neck of a snake, the breast of a goose, the back of a tortoise, the hindquarters of a stag and the tail of a fish. Its body symbolizes the six celestial bodies. The head is the sky, the eyes are the sun, the back is the moon, the wings are the wind, the feet are the earth, and the tail is the planets. Its feathers contain the five fundamental colors: black, white, red, green and yellow.

-yin and yang represent balance in a person, balance in society, etc. The fenghuang reflects that and also shows virtue and grace. It is often found with the dragon.

Athena is not a Goddess of Balance, she is a Goddess of War and Wisdom, but not Justice... If you follow Saint Seiya story with Athena, she isn't represented as the real Athena in the Greek Mythology...

Themis is the Goddess of justice, who the picture of Justice is modeled after. And someone all ready got Anubis,The Judge. But those are the only 2 that come to mind.I suppose you can attribute Athena to balance as well, her being the Goddess of Wisdom and all.

The origin of the Goddess of Justice goes back to antiquity. She was referred to as Ma'at by the ancient Egyptians and was often depicted carrying a sword with an ostrich feather in her hair (but no scales) to symbolize truth and justice. The term magistrate is derived from Ma'at because she assisted Osiris in the judgment of the dead by weighing their hearts

To the ancient Greeks she was known as Themis, originally the organizer of the "communal affairs of humans, particularly assemblies." [2] Her ability to foresee the future enabled her to become one of the oracles at Delphi, which in turn led to her establishment as the goddess of divine justice. Classical representations of Themis did not show her blindfolded (because of her talent for prophecy, she had no need to be blinded) nor was she holding a sword (because she represented common consent, not coercion). [3]

The Roman goddess of justice was called Justitia and was often portrayed as evenly balancing both scales and a sword and wearing a blindfold. She was sometimes portrayed holding the fasces (a bundle of rods around an ax symbolizing judicial authority) in one hand and a flame in the other (symbolizing truth)

The Egyptian goddess Ma'at is the goddess of balance and order. While there are many places you could find information about Her, I would recommend starting with Wikipedia to get a general sense of who She is. "Maat or ma'at, also spelled māt or mayet, was the ancient Egyptian concept of truth, balance, order, law, morality, and justice." (snippet from Wikipedia)

The ancient egyptians life after death mythos involved judgement at death. Can't remember the god/goddess name. Anubis possibly!
