Witchcraft is just a belief like everything else out here. I mean they have books and stuff on it, and everyone is entitled to what they believe in. As long as its nothing occultic, because many bad things can happen with that. But everyone has the freedom to express them anyway they can.

I didn't see the question but I see two possibilities. The first is that the woman was yanking the asker's chain. The second is that you are way too concerned (and she may be way too unconcerned) about her daughter.
