Kindness is definitely what makes like more livable. It can be something as simple as someone sharing their blanket at a High School football game or someone bringing you vegetables from their garden as a gift. It can be a smile to someone as you pass them by on the street, or a good morning from the waitress where you ate breakfast.
Goddess Bless!

Yes, when I walk the dogs I occassionally step on ones foot. They don't attack me bite or even complain. They remain true to me.
Life has many bump and bruises. Kindness as a result of compassion smooths the rough spots. Makes life more livable.

I think if you are too kind people walk all over you....i used to be that way and i did every thing for other people and i just had enough...i dont think people should be extra kind. because then other people take advantage of you......if you want to get ahead in life you have to be bull headed with a good head not kind but not mean either

True, provided you are around honest and honorable people. Unfortunately, our world is full of criminals and dishonest people who mistake kindness for weakness. Hence it is best to be kind, but on your guard as well.

Yes it does. I have difficulty picturing a mean-spiritted person as actually being happy.

I enjoy being kind, and being around kind people. It is refreshing!
Sadly, kindness is being replaced by rudeness.

You sound like a communist -- it does not work -- as what’s good for the individual may be bad for society.
