my dad had that phone shut off, and i am using his old phone temporarily on the same number, how much will it cost for a new upgrade phone/where can I get one (it is a verizon wireless plan renewed in march 2006)

i dont want to renew the contract, because i dont want to deal with the early termination fees. (i dont have a copy of the contract, my father does)

you need to read the contract u entered into, most companies give u the break up front, that's their "come-on" for signing up with them. once they have u in the contract they don't care anymore so ur gonna pay full price for the replacement. so the price will depend on what phone and what features it has. most people don't take the time to read the contract and these companies know that. your only hope would be that u bought their insurance plan but it doesn't sound like u did or u wouldn't be asking this question.

will you just might have to buy a new phone at verizon store they might let you renew your contract if you can and the cost can be between 60.00-300.00 dependes on what you want
