If she likes him, and would like to go out with him, it should not matter what other people think. She should go for it. Sometimes people judge others just by who they are or what people think they are. I was a cheerleader in high school. So many people thought I was stuck up. But actually, I had just as many friends that people would call geeks, as I did with the in crowd.

how does she feel about him ? does she trust him ? it is her choice to make sure she feels safe with this guy.... all those other ppl sound as if a little jealousy might be involved in their way of thinking..... suggest to her, that on the first date that she and this guy double.... old fashioned yes, but safety in numbers.... and she will get the chance to get to know him.... maybe you and a date can be the other couple ?? maybe double date a few times with her and him and then she will feel a little more comfortable with the ball player....... God bless

You should tell her that if she likes him she should just go for it and stop thinking about what your other friends think. On the other hand...why are your other friends saying thins like this about this guy. Is it because he is really like that? Maybe that is something to consider too.

Tell her to stand up and do what she wants. She should get him a chance and go out on a date and decide for herself what she thinks! But she won't know if she likes him as a boyfriend until she gives him a chance and gets to know him for him!

honestly real! (and each each and every now and then, some rather sturdy Italian pasta and tomato sauce would not injury the two!) A reasuring presence, ... a mild while circumstances are darkish, A hand attaining out, ... Is what friendship is all approximately! (author Unknown) "Arivederche Y'all!" ... :)

if you think that he is a nice guy then you should tell her that.
best friends knows best that's what i always think.

but i think that you should tell her to go out with him but kindda just keep a look out on things. maybe he is or maybe his not.
so there's no other way to see it until you find out right.
and just be there for your friend.

but if you still don't know what to tell her just asked her what she thinks about it and just agree with it but if you don't like it just agree with it anyways and give her some adivce anyways tell her decide.

acually she knows what to do she just needs someone to suppots her decision that's all.
